The lovely Fair Park is an excellent starting point for outdoor recreation, as is popular White Rock Lake. In this city fixated on hugeness, however, perhaps nothing is bigger than its portions and Dallas’ barbecue and Tex-Mex cuisines rank amongst the world’s finest.
