Description:

The McKinney Avenue Transit Authority runs five historic trolleys, originally built between 1913 and 1945, along McKinney Avenue in Uptown Dallas. Passing near many restaurants, shops and entertainment venues along its 3.9-mile route, the trolleys run throughout the day, beginning at 7:00 a.m. during the week and 10:00 a.m. during the weekends and operating continuously until 10:00 p.m. Some of the attractions within walking distance from the trolley's route are the Dallas Museum of Art, the West Village Retail District, the Hard Rock Cafe and the Dallas Theater Center.
